About The Position

Smokey’s is an intimate Wisconsin Northwoods supper club that offers exquisite cuisine in a casually elegant setting. This Part-Time, Seasonal Busser position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI. EAU Holdings' mission is to enhance the community of Manitowish Waters by developing and operating businesses with an emphasis on quality and customer service, striving to improve the area for both tourists and residents. EAU Holdings officially began in 2006 with the acquisition of the property that is now Smokey’s Restaurant, stemming from Liz Uihlein’s fond memories of vacations in the Northwoods. In 2014, EAU Holdings expanded by opening multiple businesses, which, after extensive remodeling, have transformed downtown Manitowish Waters into a beautiful destination for both residents and visitors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available to work nights and weekends
• Capability to keep up with the fast-paced kitchen environment to give efficient and timely service

Nice To Haves

• Kitchen experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, tableware and other cooking utensils
• Sort and stack clean dishes
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster
• Sweep and mop floor
• Wipe up spills
