Located inside the historic Joseph Smith Memorial Building on Temple Square, our restaurants and event spaces offer unforgettable dining and event experiences in one of the most beautiful venues in Utah. From upscale dining at The Roof Restaurant overlooking the Salt Lake Valley to elegant banquets and celebrations, our team delivers exceptional hospitality, outstanding food, and memorable guest experiences. We’re looking for passionate professionals who take pride in their craft and want to contribute to a team known for excellence. Part-time | 20–30 hours/week | 3–5 shifts

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Consistent reliability and punctuality
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Professional demeanor with a guest-focused mindset
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, as well as abide by all company policies

Responsibilities

• Clear tables promptly and efficiently by removing dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Reset tables to restaurant standards including proper placement of linens, silverware, and glassware
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses and providing guest support when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, side stations, and service areas
• Assist with polishing silverware, glassware, and restocking supplies
• Support servers and runners during high-volume service periods
• Assist with private events, large parties, and busy service shifts
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and guest-focused service
• Perform additional duties as assigned
