The Promontory Club is looking to fill a vacancy for a Food and Beverage Fine Dining Busser – Seasonal (available evenings Thursday-Monday, mid June- end September), at our brand-new restaurant Sage. This is A Modern Italian concept restaurant opening in December along with our new Club House and Golf course. Our bussers meet the members’ food and beverage needs in a friendly and professional manner that is consistent with the highest standards of Promontory Club restaurants.

Requirements

Must have or be able to acquire a State of Utah food handler's certification within the first two weeks of employment.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
One (1) year of previous bussing experience preferred.
Previous experience working with a P.O.S. system is preferred.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift 15lbs frequently and the ability to lift 50lbs occasionally.
Must be willing to work various hours, nights, holidays and weekends when needed.
Must be willing to work in any F&B outlet at Promontory when required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet the Members in a friendly and professional manner.
Help perform beverage service.
Provide a clean and pleasant dining experience by clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables.
Clear tables of all plates, glasses, and flatware in an appropriate and timely manner.
Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the Member's table, as well as that of the entire restaurant area (including floors, doors, windows, and countertops) both during and after the meal.
Communicate with host(es) and servers constantly.
Completion of assigned opening and closing side work.
Work independently and collaboratively, be punctual and well groomed.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work practices to management; complete safety training and certifications.
Other duties as assigned or as required to ensure that the Members have a positive and above satisfactory dining experience.
