About The Position
Our Bussers are responsible for assisting the service team in clearing and setting tables as well as ensuring all aspects of professional food service and Guest satisfaction are met. The company's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, which they call The Maggiano's Way. Brinker International, the parent company, pioneered the idea of 'casual dining' and Maggiano's Little Italy was one of their original concepts, opening in Chicago. The company is committed to helping others, hosting special events, and supporting charitable causes like the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank. They also have the Brinker Family Fund to assist employees in need. The Front of the House team, which includes Bussers, welcomes Guests into the restaurant to create lasting memories and celebrate life, with a primary goal of making Guests feel special.
