About The Position
F/Sixteen is a modern diner reimagined, offering bold twists on nostalgic comfort food, featuring boozy shakes, cheeky cocktails, and savory dishes for breakfast, lunch, or late-night cravings. We are looking for a Busser to join our team and contribute to a fun, vibrant, and polished, high-end space. You will work alongside a team of true hospitality professionals and culinary talents, supported by a dynamic leadership team that celebrates individuality.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of fine-dining Busser, Runner or Server experience.
- High volume experience is also ideal.
- Strong customer service skills.
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to carry 3 hot plates comfortably and with grace.
- Must be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
- Punctual, regular and reliable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift.
- Must be available to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events and holidays.
- Ability to handle a high-volume atmosphere while maintaining the highest level of service.
- Professional appearance and behavior at all times.
- Extensive food & beverage knowledge with an eagerness to always learn more.

- Support the service team to ensure guest needs/requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Walk with graceful efficiency through the bar & dining room to assist with service demands.
