In this role, the Busser helps create smooth, efficient dining experiences by keeping service areas clean, organized, and fully prepared while supporting servers and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and guest-focused under pressure.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of dining and service areas.
• Clear, reset, and prepare tables to ensure prompt guest seating and smooth service flow.
• Replenish utensils, water, and service supplies.
• Support kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient operations.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and organized work areas.
