About The Position

PIER 290 Restaurant in Williams Bay, WI is hiring Bussers to join our team! As a busser, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience by keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. Working closely with servers and the rest of the team, you’ll help ensure that guests enjoy a seamless visit from start to finish. Requirements

• High energy level with a focus on cleanliness and thoroughness

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs as needed
• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Pre-bus, clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
• Assist servers with guest needs, including filling waters and delivering food
• Polish silverware and glassware to maintain high presentation standards
• Refill ice bins and maintain stock for service
• Keep the restaurant clean, including taking out garbage and linens, cleaning spills, and sweeping floors
• Support setup and breakdown, including moving tables and performing opening/closing duties
• Assist with outdoor tasks such as raking or shoveling as directed
• Work as part of the team to maintain smooth and efficient dining operations
