About The Position

We are a high-end cocktail lounge offering a refined, intimate atmosphere with elevated cocktails, curated small plates, and exceptional service. Our space blends luxury hospitality with a vibrant nightlife energy, attracting a sophisticated clientele. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser / Server Assistant with experience in fine dining and high-end bottle service. This role is essential to maintaining the flow, cleanliness, and overall guest experience of the lounge. The ideal candidate understands the pace and standards of luxury service and works seamlessly with the front-of-house team.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in fine dining, upscale restaurant, or high-end nightlife/bottle service environment
Strong understanding of service flow and guest experience
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
High attention to detail and cleanliness
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to lift and carry trays, glassware, and service items as needed
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth, efficient service
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all tables, service stations, and dining areas
Reset tables quickly and to exacting standards
Assist with food and beverage running, including bottle service presentations
Ensure proper setup and breakdown of service areas before, during, and after shifts
Anticipate service needs and proactively assist the team
Maintain stock of glassware, utensils, napkins, and service items
Follow all service standards and uphold the venue’s level of excellence
