About The Position

We are looking for a Part-Time reliable, energetic Busser (Outpost Support Associate) to join our Little Italy outpost team in San Diego. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable space for our guests. This is a tipped position, with the core schedule consisting of weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday). Requirements

Part-Time schedule (approximately 18 hours per week)
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to lift and carry wine cases and up to 40 lbs.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
Reliability during busy weekends and special events

Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain smooth guest flow
Clean and polish glassware to tasting-room standards
Support tasting room staff by keeping service areas stocked and organized
Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire tasting room, including restrooms
Restock supplies (glassware, linens, paper goods, non-alcoholic beverages) in prep, storage and restroom areas
Assist with cleaning tasks such as sweeping, wiping surfaces, and removing trash
Provide friendly, attentive, and helpful service to guests when needed
