Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain a smooth service flow.
- Assist servers with food delivery, drink refills, and other guest needs.
- Warmly greet guests and respond to basic menu or restaurant inquiries.
- Professionally answer phones and take accurate takeout or delivery orders.
- Assist with seating guests and managing the waitlist during busy periods.
- Keep service stations and entry areas clean and organized.
- Support the front-of-house team to ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
