About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant and bar areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. The role involves a variety of duties to support the service staff and maintain guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Position requires effective communication with departments and team.
• Ability to present and conduct oneself professionally and emulates the Hotel Emma culture.
• Minimum knowledge, previous experience not required.
• Flexible schedule required, to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and set tables.
• Deposit dishes appropriately in the dish room or other specified area.
• Pull dirty plates from tables while guests are still seated.
• Stock bussing stations.
• Deliver required food plates or beverages as necessary.
• Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
• Assist in room service as needed.
• Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary.
• Stock and refill ice.
• Ensure proper stock of spirits, wines, and beer.
• Change kegs when needed.
• Fill and operate dishwasher.
• Polish and stock glassware.
• Prepare, stock and replenish garnishes as needed.
• Perform opening and closing tasks as specified on checklist.
