About The Position

The Busperson position at Lighthouse Kitchen + Bar, Faro Blanco Resort, a Curio by Hilton, is responsible for assisting servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests. This role ensures compliance with daily operational procedures, maintains food and beverage safety and quality, and supports communication across departments. The position requires availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous guest relations and/or training.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.

• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Assist Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment.
• Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.
• Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
