About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is actively searching for an experienced and energetic individual to join their MKT Bar team as a Busperson. The role involves supporting the bar and restaurant operations by clearing, cleaning, and setting tables, delivering food from the kitchen to guests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the dining area. This position requires a candidate who can work in a high-volume environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a flexible schedule, including required Sunday shifts.

Requirements

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Minimum of one year experience in an upscale bar/lounge/restaurant
• Basic food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends & holidays
• Sunday shift is required for this position

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, glassware and silverware in an unobtrusive manner
