About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is actively searching for an experienced and energetic individual to join our MKT Bar team as a Busperson. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in an upscale bar/lounge/restaurant, basic food, wine, and cocktail knowledge, and the ability to cope with stress and work in a high-volume operation. This role requires prioritizing and multitasking skills, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a required Sunday shift.

Requirements

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Minimum of one year experience in an upscale bar/lounge/restaurant
• Basic food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends & holidays
• Sunday shift is required for this position

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, glassware and silverware in an unobtrusive manner
