About The Position

The Busperson stocks and maintains outlet side stations with necessary supplies and clears, cleans, and sets tables in a designated station. The role follows restaurant service standards, including table setups, beverage service, and pre-bussing, and helps keep dining areas and place settings clean and sanitary. The position pays $16.00 per hour to start. Team members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the property’s business needs. Travel is not required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• Food Handler, ServSafe, and TIPS Alcohol certifications are listed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous server experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and maintain the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
• Learn and follow restaurant service standards, especially for table setups, beverage service, and pre-bussing.
• Clean and reset tables according to established procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Stock service stations with glasses, cups, silverware, and other supplies.
• Clean the restaurant, including floors, carpet, and service stations.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of place settings, tabletops, seats, and floors.
• Leave money or guest checks on tables.
• Perform assigned customer service duties, such as beverage and plate service.
• Communicate with the host or hostess about seating needs and guest service issues.
• Perform stock supply duties to maintain par levels of equipment and dining supplies.
• Properly stock and maintain outlet side stations.
• Clear and set tables in the designated station.
• Attend periodic meetings and training sessions.
• Comply with department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government requirements.
• Promote positive public and employee relations.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
