About The Position

As a Busperson, you’re not just keeping our dining areas clean and organized – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. The Team at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is currently seeking their next Busperson, to join The Set team.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely lift, carry, and transport restaurant equipment and supplies as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of basic food service practices, including proper table setting, clearing and resetting tables, sanitation standards, and dining etiquette, is preferred.
