Responsibilities

  • Own the financial performance and strategic direction of assigned product categories while partnering across the organization to optimize inventory, production, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Own the P&L performance and strategic direction for assigned product categories
  • Develop pricing strategies and maximize category profitability
  • Balance customer demand with production capacity and inventory availability
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Materials Management, Product Development, and Finance to make data-driven business decisions
  • Evaluate new product opportunities and support commercialization initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, USDA reports, and competitive intelligence to guide business strategy
  • Develop inventory strategies that minimize waste while maximizing customer service
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning efforts
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational and financial performance
