Manage the service delivery of 80+ team on day-to-day basis, within defined budgets and in accordance with relevant Service Level Agreements and quality standards. Ensure process compliance with Group Business Process Model. Ensure processes and operating procedures are clearly defined, documented and up-to-date. Monitor the performance of staff against agreed objectives, taking improvement actions where appropriate. Design and implement continuous improvement culture within the Department to realize business objectives and deliver cost efficient and effective process. Implement internal control framework for processes in scope. Provide Senior Management with regular performance reports. Be "face to the customer“ and manage relations with European Eurofins entities. Create friendly working environment which will attract and retail Talents. Support the Transition projects.
