Business Unit Leader
About The Position
As our Business Unit Leader, you will manage and lead a cross-functional team whose overall mission is to assure a safe work environment for their employees, meet customer quality expectations, on-time delivery to their customers and the implementation / proper operation of corporate and plant procedures into their business unit in our 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Napoleon, Ohio. JAC Products has been a pioneer in the Tier I automotive space for over 50 years and continues to test the limits of functional exterior trim products. We use advanced engineering techniques and cutting-edge technology to design products that enhance the style and utility of vehicles.
Requirements
- Ten (10) or more years of Operations Management in a complex manufacturing/final assembly environment
- Several years of meaningful Tier 1 or 2 Automotive/OEM Part manufacturing experience
- Strong working knowledge of Materials
- Strong working knowledge of Process Engineering
- Strong working knowledge of Quality systems
- Strong working knowledge of Production Supervision
- Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety
- Demonstrated metric-driven, successful performance of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Management within a manufacturing business
- Strong knowledge of OEM customer expectations
- Strong knowledge of quality standards/systems
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management
