Requirements

Experienced Business Unit Leader/Area Manager
Experience in manufacturing operations
Understanding of I-CARE leadership model
Knowledge of operational excellence principles (MMW, MDP+OR/MAPP)
Familiarity with digital applications and manufacturing 5.0
Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Strong mentoring and people development skills
Commitment to safety and sustainability
