Requirements

  • Experienced Business Unit Leader/Area Manager
  • Experience in manufacturing operations
  • Understanding of I-CARE leadership model
  • Knowledge of operational excellence principles (MMW, MDP+OR/MAPP)
  • Familiarity with digital applications and manufacturing 5.0
  • Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Strong mentoring and people development skills
  • Commitment to safety and sustainability
