This role provides administrative, operational, logistical, and project support across multiple business units on an ongoing basis. It involves overseeing the development of action plans for client servicing, coordinating with team members, and maintaining knowledge of business applications critical to relationship management. The position also includes participating in inter-discipline training, acting as a technical resource for other account managers, and assisting in the planning and administration of the business unit. Responsibilities also include collecting, compiling, and analyzing data for reports and presentations, running and creating formal reports, updating manuals and procedures, and identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines. The role requires initiative but also the ability to refer complex issues to supervisors or experts, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be working towards proficiency in all areas of the job.
