About The Position

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join its Business Trial Group in either the Atlanta or Nashville office. The group represents plaintiffs in matters involving contract breaches, professional negligence, construction defects, and other business misconduct, working exclusively on a contingency-fee basis. Attorneys do not bill hours and handle a high volume of trials, with multiple cases tried to verdict each year and approximately 90% of jury verdicts won. The role offers hands-on responsibility for high-value cases, covering civil litigation from motion practice and depositions through trial. The firm seeks attorneys who want autonomy over their careers and are prepared to make use of the firm’s resources. Compensation includes a base salary and objective case-handling and case-generation bonuses, with unlimited upside. The position also offers comprehensive benefits and meaningful work without billable-hour requirements.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a trial attorney.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation on high-value cases, from motion practice and depositions through trial.
• Try multiple cases to verdict each year as part of the Business Trial Group.
• Represent plaintiffs in matters involving contract breaches, professional negligence, construction defects, and other business misconduct.
