This role is responsible for growing business in the corporate negotiated and diplomatic segments, Consortia/Leisure, and Wholesale/FIT segments. The Business Transient & Diplomatic Sales Manager will identify opportunities with travel professionals, manage and service existing relationships to optimize revenue, and procure new business while meeting assigned monthly sales goals. The position involves developing strategic business action plans in accordance with Sofitel Standards to drive measurable incremental Business and Transient Sales Revenue, and cultivating strategic business relationships with key segment buyers/agencies to grow market share and drive revenue to the hotel.
