Position Summary: The Business Transformation Site Lead, will be based in Fontana, Ca., reporting to the Sr Director of Supply Chain Management, will serve as the local site driver of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Requirements

A strong understanding of critical power manufacturing business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales is critical to the success of this role.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
2+ years of experience in SAP integration, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in SAP integration technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, APIs) is preferred but not required.
Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, or other middleware tools is preferred but not required.
SAP certification in integration or S/4HANA modules.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of non-SAP systems and integration patterns (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

Responsibilities

Execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
Execute actionable programs across business systems, operations, and digital platforms, based on strategic objectives.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
Oversee the site-level integration and optimization of ERP, PLM, and other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Windchill).
Standardize and digitize core business processes, including BOM structures, change order controls, and data governance.
Partner with IT and engineering to implement automation strategies (AI/ML,RPA) that enhance productivity and data integrity.
