The Transformation Leader will support initiatives focused on understanding current state business processes, systems, and ways of working; identifying improvement opportunities; and helping design future state solutions to support the transformation of the Wind Services business. This role will partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and project teams to gather requirements, document workflows, support solution design, and help ensure business needs are translated into practical, scalable outcomes across business processes and enabling technologies, including Salesforce Field Service and other related systems. In addition to core transformation analyst responsibilities, this role includes an additional focus on training, communication, and stakeholder readiness to support successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
