About The Position

As our next Business Trainee, you’ll work at the heart of our business—where strategy meets execution. You’ll be empowered to take ownership, solve real challenges, and deliver sales results that matter. Over 6 months, you’ll receive a blend of structured training, experience, and mentorship to help you build strong business acumen, sales skills, and commercial awareness. We’ll equip you with everything you need to make an immediate business impact—and grow into a future leader. Within 2–4 years, we expect you to be ready to lead their your team or take on international roles within EF.
