About The Position

The Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultant will work on ZS’s Digital Products & Solutions team, which helps organizations advance digital transformation by improving last-mile experiences. The role focuses on the Veeva service line, supporting transformation across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences industries through improved customer and stakeholder engagement. It involves implementing and optimizing Veeva solutions—including Veeva CRM, Vault, MyInsights, and Network—and developing compliant, scalable CRM solutions tailored to client needs. The position uses a hybrid working model, combining work from home with presence at client or ZS offices, and requires travel as needed for client-facing work.
