About The Position

Cintas is looking for a Business Technology Manager that will be responsible for all myCintas allotment customer maintenance, second level system support, and for completing customer maintenance activities generated from customer project management teams. The Business Technology manager will also be responsible for management, training, and development of partners that will report to them.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience with SAP Hybris commerce platform
• Previous work experience managing multiple deadines, communicating with employees and customers at all levels of an organization, addressing and resolving internal and extenal customer concerns and collaborating with multiple departments
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications and/or systmes including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, including calendar management and Internet
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Previous management/leadership experience, preferably sales support or customer service
• Bachelor's degree
