About The Position

Join our team and gain experience with enterprise technology platforms, AI-driven solutions, and process improvement initiatives while helping solve real business challenges. As a Business Technology Intern, you will partner with technical administrators to configure and enhance Atlassian tools, including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. You will also research, test, and experiment with Artificial Intelligence capabilities within our technology toolset to identify innovative solutions and improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will analyze current business and IT processes, document findings, and draft recommendations for new or improved workflows. You will assist with projects that address organizational challenges by researching, developing, and implementing practical solutions. Finally, you will create and maintain documentation, reference materials, and process guides to support ongoing operational improvements.

Requirements

• Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, Technology Management, or other programs that combine business and technology disciplines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent research and documentation abilities
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
