About The Position

Join our team as a Business Technology Intern for the Summer of 2027 and gain experience with enterprise technology platforms, AI-driven solutions, and process improvement initiatives while helping solve real business challenges. Requirements

• Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, Technology Management, or other programs that combine business and technology disciplines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent research and documentation abilities
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with technical administrators to configure and enhance Atlassian tools, including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Research, test, and experiment with Artificial Intelligence capabilities within our technology toolset to identify innovative solutions and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze current business and IT processes, document findings, and draft recommendations for new or improved workflows.
• Assist with projects that address organizational challenges by researching, developing, and implementing practical solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation, reference materials, and process guides to support ongoing operational improvements.
