About The Position

As an ERP Functional Analyst Intern, you will work with Gulfstream’s Business Technology ERP team to support and optimize enterprise business processes within SAP. The internship offers hands-on experience working with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions supporting operations across the company. You will assist with gathering and documenting business requirements, configuring solutions, supporting testing, and helping implement ERP initiatives. Training resources and mentorship will be provided. The internship is onsite and has a minimum duration of 10–12 weeks during summer. The role is a first-shift collegiate internship. Students must be enrolled full time when applying and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher, have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 listed on their resume, and have reliable transportation. Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Gulfstream does not provide work visa sponsorship unless the applicant is a currently sponsored Gulfstream employee.

Requirements

Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded), which must be listed on the resume.
Must work onsite; this is not a remote position.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Interest in business processes, technology, and continuous improvement.
Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with data, databases, or reporting tools.
Experience and knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to understand and document process requirements.

Identify opportunities for business process improvements.
Participate in solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
Assist with system documentation, training materials, and user support.
