About The Position
Caddo Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, student-centered Business Teacher with a passion for preparing students for success in today’s workforce. This position will focus on Banking, Finance, Marketing, and Career Readiness, helping students develop practical skills that prepare them for college, careers, and life.
Requirements
- Valid Arkansas teaching license (or ability to obtain licensure) in an appropriate Business Career and Technical Education area.
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student success and continuous professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Teach business, banking, and marketing courses aligned to Arkansas standards.
- Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences connected to real-world business and financial concepts.
- Build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Promote career exploration, employability skills, and industry certifications when appropriate.
- Foster a positive classroom environment focused on student growth and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with faculty to support the mission and vision of Caddo Academy.
