About The Position

Join a global mining technology leader where you'll play a pivotal role in improving the business systems that power operations worldwide, while partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive meaningful change and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical problem-solving, business analysis and stakeholder engagement while contributing to projects that improve operational efficiency, user experience and business performance across multiple regions. This will be part of Micromine.

Requirements

• 3+ years of NetSuite or similar ERP systems supporting enterprise business systems.
• Strong business process analysis, process mapping and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• 3+ years' experience in technical support, business systems support or a similar role.
• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
