Business Systems Specialist

Requirements
- 1+ Years working with Sage/ERP System
- Basic Crystal Reports writing and modification
- Hands-on experience with various enterprise applications
- Experience with ERP administration, and maintenance
- Experience with software as a service (SaaS) and other software hosting protocol
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Ability to interface with end-users for essential functions required for position
- Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects of varying stages and scales
- Ability to resolve complex issues through research, analysis, and knowledge from prior experience
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with writing basic SQL queries is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Support Desk for Sage 300 tasks, errors, and functionality questions
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
- Provide training for new software features/enhancements/functions
- Triage escalated helpdesk requests, make recommendations, and execute resolutions
- Provide occasional support for after-hours projects and incident response when needed
- Assist with data/process migrations into a single ERP
- Special projects as needed or requested
