The Business Systems & Reporting Coordinator is responsible for the analysis, administration, and continuous improvement of core business systems and reporting frameworks across Wiley X. This role exercises independent judgment and discretion in evaluating workflows, interpreting business requirements, and recommending enhancements to systems and processes. This role serves as a central point of contact for system-related requests. Leads cross-functional coordination across Digital Operations, E-commerce, Finance, IT, and external support partners to align priorities and drive execution. The position partners cross-functionally to optimize reporting, ensure data integrity, and improve operational visibility.
