We Stand For Service® is more than part of our name, it’s our mission and our purpose. We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to join our Enterprise PMO (EPMO). This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in business analysis while supporting enterprise initiatives across core banking platforms, system integrations, and data-driven solutions. The Business Systems Analyst I will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior analysts to support requirements, system analysis, and delivery execution. WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent years of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience supporting system integrations and data flow requirements.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Ability to obtain CCBA and/or PMI‑PBA certification.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for work item and backlog management.
• Knowledge of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver aligned solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Copado and JIRA is a plus.
• Experience in data mapping, data transformation, and integrating multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Business & Technical Requirements Support stakeholder discussions to understand business needs and document requirements.
• Assist in translating business needs into user stories or technical requirements using Agile or Waterfall approaches.
• Help develop functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with IT teams to understand technical options and constraints.
• Use tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, Azure DevOps, and Copado.
• System & Process Analysis Assist in documenting current-state processes, data flows, and system interactions.
• Support analysis of system inputs/outputs, dependencies, and basic performance findings.
• Help with data mapping, schema documentation, and low-complexity enhancements.
• Support testing and validation of system changes.
• Integration & Data Flow Documentation Assist in drafting system, integration, and data flow documentation.
• Create and validate workflow diagrams under supervision.
• Support UI wireframes and basic interface/API documentation.
• Ensure alignment of requirements with business and technical objectives.
• Work Item & Tool Management Create and update Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps, Copado, or Jira.
• Maintain acceptance criteria, status updates, and traceability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Quality Assurance & Implementation Support Execute predefined test cases and log defects.
• Assist with UAT and validation of business requirements.
• Support implementation tracking, deployment readiness, and integration validation.
