About The Position

The Business Systems Analyst I will work within the Managed Care Business Operations team in order to support the processing of both Medicaid Direct and Managed Care Claims. This position is designed to respond to internal and external inquiries regarding claims payment issues. In addition this position will help to document and archive items that are geared towards supporting successful claims processing. The position may also provide minimal training to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from appropriately accredited institution in a discipline related to the area of assignment plus two years of programmatic experience related to the area of assignment OR An equivalent combination of training and experience

• Understanding of Medicaid and Healthcare policies at the federal and state level.
• Ability to organize and appropriately disseminate complex information.
• Ability to clearly discuss and outline complex information related to Healthcare Claims processes.
• Ability to create presentations and discuss clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to generate work products within very stringent timelines.
