About The Position

The Business Systems Project Manager is responsible for managing the selection, testing, and installation of business systems for Energy Services. This includes the development of business processes and employee training to support new systems and meet project goals and deadlines. The primary purpose of this position is to assess, examine, analyze, develop, plan, and implement business and program processes within Energy Services, as well as Finance & Operations when requested. It evaluates current business and program application systems’ functionality to identify gaps and to take full advantage of capabilities, measures the solution impact to business operations, and manages change within the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with financial/accounting systems and processes within a university environment.
  • Project management experience is required.
