Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, business systems, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience creating clear and detailed project documentation, including business requirements, specifications, and process flows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing projects involving NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot, including knowledge of system integrations, data synchronization, and maintaining a reliable single source of truth.
  • Experience working with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence change, build alignment, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic bridge between Information Technology and cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, and Operations—to ensure technology solutions align with business goals and operational needs.
  • Lead technology initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption, proactively removing roadblocks, communicating progress clearly, and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Manage project implementations by coordinating scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and issue escalation across multiple initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements, project specifications, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Map and maintain current- and future-state business processes to improve efficiency, alignment, and scalability.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support change management efforts and drive adoption of new systems, tools, and workflows.
  • Maintain and evolve the organization’s technology roadmap to support strategic priorities and long-term operational goals.
  • Lead evaluations of emerging technologies, vendor capabilities, pilot programs, and proof-of-concept initiatives focused on automation and operational optimization.
  • Research and recommend innovative solutions that improve business processes, enhance system performance, and support continuous improvement across the organization.
