We are seeking an operationally minded individual to improve workflows, communication, reporting visibility, and operational systems across the organization. This role blends process improvement, Microsoft 365 coordination, reporting support, user support, and collaboration with outsourced IT partners to enhance team efficiency and consistency. The position will also contribute to the coordination and execution of operational improvement initiatives and internal systems-related projects. This is not a traditional help desk or infrastructure-focused IT role, but rather focuses on improving operational efficiency, organization, collaboration, and day-to-day workflow effectiveness across departments. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is reliable, organized, eager to learn, and takes pride in supporting and improving the organization's operations and systems.
