We're looking for a Business Systems Manager to own and evolve the software backbone of our e-commerce business. This is not a traditional IT Manager role. We need someone who lives at the intersection of business operations, software systems, and AI — someone who can look at how our teams work today, spot where software and automation (including AI tools) can remove friction, and then actually build or implement those solutions.

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in a similar role, focused on software and AI enhancements.
ERP / Netsuite experience preferred
Familiar with SQL preferred
Excited about the future of AI and proactive in understanding how we can automate and integrate to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the software backbone of our e-commerce business.
Identify opportunities where software and automation (including AI tools) can remove friction in business processes.
Build or implement solutions to improve business processes.
