Business Systems Manager
About The Position

We're looking for a Business Systems Manager to own and evolve the software backbone of our e-commerce business. This is not a traditional IT Manager role. We need someone who lives at the intersection of business operations, software systems, and AI — someone who can look at how our teams work today, spot where software and automation (including AI tools) can remove friction, and then actually build or implement those solutions.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, focused on software and AI enhancements.
- Familiar with SQL preferred
- Excited about the future of AI and proactive in understanding how we can automate and integrate to improve business processes
Nice To Haves
- ERP / Netsuite experience preferred
