Business Systems Intern
About The Position
As a Business Systems Intern, you will contribute to key initiatives within the Customer Success Team. This role offers hands-on experience in project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment. The Greystar Summer Internship Program packs 10 weeks with real projects, real responsibility, and real connections. You'll dive straight into the action on a team like Investment, Finance, Marketing, IT, Data, Leasing, Development, or Operations—doing work that actually moves the needle, not just watching from the sidelines. Requirements
- Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
- Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems
- Curiosity and a desire to learn.
- Flexibility and willingness to pivot.
- Quantitative background that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and capability to articulate complex topics.
- High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
- Project management skills to create project plans, track and monitor progress, meet production and delivery deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Support national and regional marketing, legal compliance, system integration, custom reporting and data analytic teams.
- Participate in meeting planning and presentation / collateral creation.
- Respond quickly and accurately to internal customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team, bringing a fresh perspective, to creatively solve problems.
- Work independently to complete capstone project and presentation.
