About The Position

This role provides advanced-tier technical support for business systems, acting as an escalation point for Tier 1/Tier 2 incidents. The Business Systems Engineer will be responsible for system administration, maintenance, analysis, updates, and enhancements. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing approved solutions, and supporting system implementations and upgrades. The position requires documenting system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures, as well as collaborating with vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades. Additionally, the role involves recommending process improvements and system optimizations, assisting in training IT team members and end users, and ensuring compliance with IT standards, policies, and security practices.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with enterprise-class hardware, software, and networking.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level systems.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with gaming systems, POS, kiosk technologies, or similar casino-specific tech is highly desirable.
