About The Position

Klesk Metal Stamping Co. is seeking a Business Systems & Technology Leader for a full-time, salaried position. This is a hands-on leadership role that sits at the intersection of Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and IT. The individual will serve as the primary internal owner of Klesk's business systems ecosystem, maximizing investment in Syteline CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) while coordinating Microsoft tools, Pipedrive, reporting platforms, and other business applications. The ideal candidate is a strong business systems leader who can connect technology to business needs, lead cross-functional initiatives, manage external technology partners, and drive practical improvements. Requirements

  • This position requires access to technical data subject to U.S. export control regulations under ITAR and EAR. Only U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, or lawful permanent residents (green card holders) are eligible. Proof of status will be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize Klesk's business systems and technology initiatives.
  • Lead post-go-live stabilization and optimization of Syteline CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).
  • Improve ERP data integrity, workflows, reporting, security/access, and system utilization.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and leadership to identify process and technology improvements.
  • Coordinate external IT, cybersecurity, ERP, and technology partners.
  • Lead efforts supporting CMMC readiness, including documentation, evidence gathering, remediation tracking, and accountability.
  • Improve reporting, data quality, business visibility, and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, reporting, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop internal system knowledge through documentation, training, and subject matter expertise.
  • Drive standardization, process improvement, accountability, and effective use of business systems.
