The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for eliciting, documenting and managing functional requirements for portfolio projects. They will act as the primary liaison between business users and the IT project teams to manage user expectations, project scope and changes to requirements. The BSA will use their understanding of business operations, functions, IT services and capabilities, combined with a solid understanding and connection to the business to ensure that internal and external customers receive the expected business value using tools, processes and quantifiable measures. This role will report to the Director, Planning & Program Delivery.
