About The Position
The State of Ohio is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst 3 to support enterprise application implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, data mapping, data analysis, test planning, and business process analysis while working across both Agile and Waterfall environments. This role also requires experience supporting Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC), and ITSM implementations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- 5+ years of Test Lead and Test Planning experience
- 5+ years of Data Mapping for system implementations and interfaces
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
- Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills
- Ability to identify overlaps, dependencies, risks, and constraints during requirements analysis
- Experience implementing and gathering requirements for Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC), and ITSM tools
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
