About The Position
KAYGEN is an emerging leader in providing top talent for technology-based staffing services. We specialize in providing high-volume contingent staffing, direct hire staffing and project-based solutions to companies worldwide ranging from startups to Fortune 500 and Managed Service Providers (MSP) across a wide variety of industries. This role will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience translating business needs into system requirements and driving projects through implementation.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role.
- Strong experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and documenting business processes.
- Experience working with SDLC methodologies, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and project delivery teams.
- Proficiency with process mapping, data analysis, and requirements management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates based out of Raleigh, NC for this hybrid role that requires working onsite every other week Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend system enhancements or process improvements.
- Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and requirements.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and post-implementation activities.
