About The Position
The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement. This role involves implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and ERP systems to ensure they meet business requirements. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business needs, translating them into technical specifications. Responsibilities include conducting system testing and validation, providing training and support to end-users, and monitoring and troubleshooting system issues. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of business systems. This position is located onsite in St. Augustine, FL.
Requirements
- Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related area of study
- 3-4 years of experience
