About The Position

Ring Power Corporation is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team in St. Augustine, FL. This role is responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and ERP systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to define business needs. The analyst will also conduct system testing, provide end-user training, monitor system issues, develop Power BI reports, and ensure seamless integration of business systems. The company emphasizes customer service and has a strong presence in Florida and the Southeastern United States, with over 2,300 employees across 20+ locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related area of study
• 3-4 years of experience
• Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
• Experience with Dynamic 365

Nice To Haves

• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience with Power BI

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics and ERP systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of business systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the business.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of business systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
